Friendly, responsive and good value

Rented a flat in Leyton from them in 2014-16. They were pretty responsive to repair problems that arose, and let us paint and generally feel at home. They decided not to fix a broken switch on the boiler, presumably because it still worked, but it did fail a gas safety check. They charged fees for signing the contract (£240), renewing it (£80) and checking out (£80), but seemed cheaper than a lot of other agents in the area. They didn't raise the rent when we renewed, but maybe that was because the landlord was nice. We got our deposit back. All that means that out of out of the three agents I've dealt with in London, they were the best,
