GoogleLandlords may like them but I find them rude and patronising. Unhelpful and belittling. They used to be brilliant about 6 years ago but they don't seem to care anymore. Zero Customer service.

GoogleRude, condescending and arrogant staff. I've been renting same property for last 6 years , ALWAYS paid on time / direct debit, never caused any problems , never asked for anything. I contacted home finders recently with a list of few things that require fixing ( like rotten fence that will collapse soon, few small repairs caused by pipe leak ...) but lady in the office told me that " my rent reflects a condition of the property ". Its been few months now and still no one came to do repairs and clearly they have no intentions to do so. Businesses like this only encourage a poor standards of rented properties , expecting from tenants to pay rent and sit quiet! Disgraceful practice towards excellent loyal tenants.

FacebookMatthew has provided an excellent service. He's professional, knowledgeable and very helpful; I had good tenants in the property within 4 weeks of contacting Homefinders at Dalston. It was well worth paying Homefinders to take the hassle out of finding tenants and complying with all legal requirements. The office has good connections with local companies including London Domestic Appliances on Bethnal Green Road, Abbots on Roman Road for blinds, and Ronnie at R-Wire Electricians: all were competitively priced and prompt with their services. I live a fair distance from the rental property and Matthew was able to co-ordinate deliveries so I didn't have to be in the property. Homefinders also support local charities and I'm very happy they donated £50 of their fee to the Hackney Migrant Centre. Thank you Matthew and your team. A Five Star service! Amanda T

GoogleHorrendous management, did not know utility suppliers when questioned (even though this should be in contract) 9 months in and am still missing wardrobe doors, door handles, walls falling away, curtain poles falling out of walls, unsafe dropped radiators, whole garden fence is not to be replaced after it rotted and still expected to pay full rent after all of this. Horrendous, would not recommend renting via this company as property management instantly drops off the face of the planet as soon as you're in and they have your money. Shame on them. I can't imagine they would be too happy living like this.

FacebookI believe they give excellent service no headaches as with some other agency I experienced.Asdaq Said was very helpful to sell my property in Napier Road in a matter of 2 weeks with 11 offers I never forget .i was retiring that time and wanted to help my daughter to buy a house and did not want any outstanding liability so was a relief thank you again Asdaq Said . I also rented my property in Ilford again I am quiete happy with the service again thanks to Homefinder.

FacebookI have had other major high street letting agents managing my rental property for many years and it was always a big let down till I found Homefinders. Rented a flat in Leyton from them in 2014-16. They were pretty responsive to repair problems that arose, and let us paint and generally feel at home. They decided not to fix a broken switch on the boiler, presumably because it still worked, but it did fail a gas safety check. They charged fees for signing the contract (£240), renewing it (£80) and checking out (£80), but seemed cheaper than a lot of other agents in the area. They didn't raise the rent when we renewed, but maybe that was because the landlord was nice. We got our deposit back. All that means that out of out of the three agents I've dealt with in London, they were the best,

FacebookVery bad service and that for an agency fee double the standard price. Our agent was lying to us in order to pressure us into signing a contract. He send several contracts to me, just to let me know per text 3 hours after he send me the final contract that he found someone else. Very unprofessional, I always felt they just want to get as much money out of their tenants as possible. Avoid.
