GoogleEvery listing they have feels like a scam.
They list the apartments in a cheaper price as a bait for people to call then they say it’s not available then they offer a higher priced ones, they put lounges pictures as if they are part of the apartments, they trick you with a low price by saying there is a one month free…etc. honestly the property market is already not great, and they are making it worse by their cheap marketing and lies.
When I see any of their listing, i consider it’s an Ad, and I pass.

GoogleStay away from this agency, they deleted their old Google page which had 100s of bad reviews from landlords and tenants. They are terrible at management. They are only after your money and then will treat you like a nobody once you sign. Rachel Harris the "head of tenancy operations" is terrible and enables the worst customer experience I've personally witnessed. The staff are also very rude and treats everyone horribly. Please don't give them your money.

Regarding your comment about our office, we do have a registered office in London, as indicated on Google Maps. However, unlike traditional agencies, we operate differently and do not have a high-street shopfronts, which may have led to some confusion.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. I went for a viewing, soon as I left the property I started receiving plenty of emails, calls, texts, and everything to get the holding deposit. As soon as they got it, they didn't reply to emails, texts or calls. I had to call from a different number to reach them. Basically, as soon as they have the money, they'll ignore you.
