GoogleAs a homeowner, my experience with Hellas Helvetia over many years has been excellent. They have always delivered a professional and friendly service, going the extra mile checking credentials and references, in order to find the perfect tenants for my properties, which has been particularly appreciated in recent years. I will gladly continue liaising with them for as long as I own property in the area.

GoogleI'm Flavio, living here in London in a rented flat managed by the agency HELLAS-HELVETIA. Due to an assignment by my german company, i'm working here as an Engineer on a construction site. I'm delighted to having found such a professional agency providing not only a very comfortable, lovely flat but also a continous support for every arising issue like e.g. the installation of new window glasses (minimisation of emissions from outside). That's a very trustworthy and competent way of how to practice a fair tenancy and i want to recommend HELLAS-HELVETIA highly !

GoogleA rather small and dated estate agent. But the only thing that wasn't dated was the prices for the various listed properties in w1 and w2. The staff were very helpful and promised to get back to me. To which they did the following day I would recommend Hellas but keep in mind that the properties are mostly in the Notting Hill/Mayfair area.

GoogleReading those latest bad reviews, I completely disagree as the service I received was absolutely fantastic. My move in went as smoothly as I could imagine and if I ever need to change flats, I will definitely try and get something from Hellas Helvetia again. The team is very friendly and helpful, and any problems in the flat get dealt with straight away and you do not ever need to chase them. Strongly recommend, and feel the negative reviews are fake as that is definitely not the experience I received and am still receiving from Hellas Helvetia.

GoogleOur flat had been on the rental market for some six months with other agents. But due to Covid they were not very active so had no success. They simply seemed uninterested in the current conditions. We had pretty much given up. Then Hellas-Helvetia came along. They DRESSED the flat, made it look quite incredible and found a quality tenant in about 10 days. Very impressed with their service!

Googleme and my husband have rented a flat through them for the past year. They have been incredible agents - one of the best we have come across so far. Super responsive, any issues with the flat have been dealt with on the same day including sending plumbers and / or mechanics as needed. Highly recommend them and would definitely look to rent with them again!

GoogleThe worst agency ever! If I could put lower review I would do it! Agents there are nightmare, so uneducated and rude. Never deal with this agency, they will screw you up!

GoogleThe manager, Steven, is condescending and far from helpful in any way. Additionally, our main point of contact in the agency, Eleni, gave bad service a new meaning. I strongly recommend staying away if possible!
