GoogleI cannot be grateful enough to Steven for consistently being the kindest and most helpful managing agent. I have lived close to him for three years and it has been the smoothest transition to London I could have imagined. There have been essentially no problems with the property who was in perfect order, as Steven anticipates any needs before they arise (e.g. changing a lock, painting the balcony). Eleni and Catherine are as kind and helpful as Steven is.

GoogleReally impressed by Steven. He is honest and professional and was so helpful from start to finish. He was always easy to contact over phone or by email. A much better service than any large corporate agency. I'll definitely return to Steven and his team in the future.

GoogleI chose Steven to sell my flat because he seemed so honest and straight when I first met him -- and he proved to be exactly that as the sale progressed through all kinds of unexpected headaches. I can't recommend him highly enough; he was always responsive, never unrealistic and very attentive to details. He was also very supportive and comporting when necessary. Trust him and his judgement, it's worth it!

GoogleSteven at Hellas Helvetia is simply fantastic! When I wanted a market appraisal of my property for sale, Steven was more than happy to assist and give his honest helpful advice on what could help increase the chances of me finding a buyer. Following his advice he found me a buyer super fast and then walked me through the whole sale process from start to finish making my sale experience less stressful than previous times with other “big” agents. GoogleAWESOME agency!! I came across Hellas-Helvetia by chance three years ago and I always felt lucky to have them manage the flat I was renting. They have proved to be a truly exceptional estate agent - professional, straightforward, very attentive to the tenant while at the same time really friendly and approachable. During the three years of interacting with them I had only positive experiences. Anything that required attention in the flat was dealt with immediately. The deposit was returned in full and very promptly. To sum it up in one sentence - great service from the start to the end of the renting process!! Big THANK YOU to all the amazing people who work there!! Your efficiency and excellent work does make renting easy! Very special thanks to Eleni and Steven for being super helpful, supportive and so generous with your time and experience! Much appreciated!! GoogleBest agent ever seen. Eleni is very professional, she is always reply email and message very soon. Any issues with the flat they can get it fixed in a very short time. I live in Queensway for 2 years, they are very nice to students.The most important is they can return deposit in time and never charge tenants too much, they would show you a check out report with full details of the flat. Best service.Best team. Best agent. Highly recommended!!!

GoogleI lived in one of the apartments managed by Hellas Helvetia for 6 years and got on extremely well with Steven and his company. As a civil engineer I was looking for a small flat in central London, where I could start living without having to buy furniture or anything and the one proposed by Steven was perfect. The relationship with all Hellas Helvetia was perfect: fair and correct. When there was some small problem they hurried to solve it. I recommend them without any doubt.

GoogleNEVER GO TO THIS AGENCY!!!!! To be honest, I don't even think it's an agency, it's more a kind of small organisation. It looks like it's going to collapse at any minute. They overcharged you over everything, are incompetent, hardly answer to demands, and are so slow at doing their job. I can assure you, it has nothing to do with the big agencies you find on the market. There is hardly any staff there: 3 or 4 people working under the rule of a DICTATOR (the manager who is a disrespectful and horrible human being). I talked to other tenants who had problems with them (one was actually denied access to his flat). I wish I had looked at the reviews before. By the way, the only 2 good review you see on google are from the staff (JOKE). STAY AWAY!!

GoogleThis agency is incredible! My partner, our dog, and I have had such wonderful experiences with everyone who works there, and we are so grateful to have found them! We moved to London from the U.S. this past summer, and Steven and Eleni made our move so simple and stress-free, helping us to navigate the differences in renting in the UK and replying to every question promptly and professionally. In the midst of a stressful international move, Hellas-Helvetia was a godsend, and we continue to find them so kind and helpful as our landlords. One of the most important qualities for us as renters is that everyone in the agency is a true dog lover (especially Steven, who is wonderful with our dog) and welcomed us to this pet-friendly flat with such enthusiasm. They helped us find a couch cover for the leather couch (so that our dog can sit on it) and encouraged us to have it delivered to their office ahead of our move. Steven even put the couch cover on the couch so that everything would be ready for us when we moved in! I would recommend this company to all of my friends, and especially to pet owners! Thank you, Steven and Eleni for your exceptional work.

They have always been able to sort our issues (standard maintenance and small repairs, mainly) efficiently and in a positive way. They have always been very quick and proactive in replying to our messages and have given us the maximum flexibility possible when we sadly decided to leave the property. With his wealth of experience in managing residential real estates, Mr Steven Kalogroulis gave us the invaluable advice of upgrading the interior of our flat under a tightly controlled budget. He personally supervised the work and dealt with unforeseen issues such as water pipe bursts and pest control. Our flat was rented out immediately when the rental market was challenging. This year the tenant has agreed to a raise due to energy price shocks. Hellas Helvetia has our full confidence. We look forward to many years of cooperation with Mr Kalogroulis.

GoogleI cannot recommend Hellas Helvetia enough ! The team (Steven and Eleni in particular) are very helpful and responsive. Whatever the issue, they always came to the rescue (including locking myself out in the evening; breaking my contract earlier because I moved overseas etc.). From the first time I interacted with them for a first visit until after I left the flat Steven has shown nothing but integrity, professionalism and great sympathy. I thank them again for a great stay and hope to deal with them in the future. Five stars for a great service and an amazing team!
