GoogleHaven't fixed our heating in 3 months (and counting). Haven't fixed our bathroom, toilet or kitchen light in 7 months (and counting). They've promised to fix it countless times.

GoogleWe appointed Hawks to undertake design and planning application works for the extension of our warehouse project. I woud highly recommend this company as they have good experience with commercial buildings, fire safety requirements and building regulations. Polite, friendly and got the job done.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleHawkes got me my first tenant around 6 months ago. They have provided an excellent service throughout and have gone the extra mile to acomodate me. I have given Haekes exclusive rights to my property as i'm so confident in them. My agent Charlie has always been polite, helpful and courteous. I would recommend Hawkes to anyone trying to let their property.

GoogleShocking customer services. We set a viewing with Charlie Mcmonagle where he wasn’t very open and helpful when providing time slots and after asking to leave work early, he did not show up nor gave us notice beforehand. We were left waiting outside for over 20 minutes, which is when we decided to leave.

GoogleHawkes let and manage my property. I’m extremely happy with the service provided. They go above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

YellNever deal with this company
never deal with this company, on the day of moving in, they hadn't got landlords agreement, for the move to go ahead, and then tried to renegotiate the agreement after the keys should have been collected, their attitude and communications was appalling.

GoogleWe recently rented our property with Hawkes after we moved out of Shoreditch, and were very impressed. We have previosuly used other agents in Stoke Newington but the level of service were not the same.. Good information, communication and professional approach by Jem in their lettings team. Well done
