GoogleI've rented my property to this company for the past 3 years, never had a issue, always paid on time via direct debit. When repairs are required, they contact you straight away and give you great options and suggestion, most importantly the repairs are done very efficiently meaning happy tenants and landlord. They are a easy to approach team who have high knowledge of the industry, an example is with new legislation. If your a new landlord go and see them. They saved me from a fine by helping me with my landlord Licence. They take the whole buy to let industry to another level, thank you guys so much when i get my next property I know who will be managing it....

GoogleWorst agancy ever theyll try n give you a mouldy and ant infested room/house to rent and theyll try n hide that by giving the place a quick paint job to cover the marks. And blaintaintly lie to you that they never painted the room. Very shady company to not advice anyone to rent or buy thro gh them. Right now this moment my contract finished and I'm fighting them to ge my deposit back

YellVery misleading causing much distress
1} they told us we would be able to view a flat so we took a day off work but when we arrived they told us that it had gone and we only had an option to view a more expensive flat in same building despite only arranging this the evening prior.2) We were told it would be 275 pounds a week so we made an offer of 265. They got back to us on the phone saying the landlord had rejected our offer but asked for 10 pounds more per month. So we assumed this would be 10 pounds per month on top of our offer and accepted. BUT when we received confirmation email which said it was 290 a week now. Apparently, they first of all MISCALCULATED the original asking price of 1250 per month which would have been around 288 per week not 275 and now told us to pay 10 pounds OVER the ORIGINAL asking price instead.3) made us sign and pay a misleading 'holding deposit' of 450 as the main title of page. The term should mean it is refundable but instead they used this as admin fees..

I contacted Reema about a property recently. She was extremely abrupt and rude. She wanted a deposit before she would even put forward an offer to the landlord.In a saturated market, businesses like this should realise that customer care matters greatly. Having a pushy, rude, crass individual as your initial port of call means that you will gladly look elsewhere!

GoogleWe gave our property to this agency to rent out over a number of years.. never had an issue with rent or maintenance as they're management skills are second to none. I highly recommend all landlords to look into their services as Hawk and Eagle take pride in their business. Friendly staff members and always there to give helpful advise.
