Hawk and Eagle Property Consultants reviews

After a bad spell with a popular high street estate agent, I decided to try out a more localised estate agent. Hawk & Eagle was recommended to me by a friend who had previously sourced their services. They have been excellent in handling my property, tenants and have been fantastic advisors too. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone is looking to find an estate agent that keeps their promises and honours their agreement. A special shout out to Sadiqur, who has been my primary contact at the estate agent. Highly Recommended!

I have been to a few letting agents In the area but have to say Hawk and Eagle stood out with their brilliant customer service - could not fault them from the moment I walked in to making a decision on a rental property. Owner and Manager Kamruz was explery in his approach and guidance in me choosing something and went the extra mile by enabling a viewing on such short notice ! The rest of team was just as good with their polite and positive attitude. Will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family thanks to their honest insightful knowledge of the housing market - Keep up the great work ! Muj H

I was living in properties managed by them, and they were very good in terms of quality, upkeep, and cleanliness compared to other agencies I’ve dealt with. So whenever I try to move houses, I give this team my first priority.

I’ve used Spareroom for weeks in order to find a decent place to live in East London but somehow, every ad were either fake or either, they were not engaging with your request. Then I went to Rightmove and start to look at the ad and I came across Abdul from Hawk & Eagle Property which he replied to my ad promptly and assist me to my numerous enquires. Abdul has been absolutely impeccable in his customer service and i’ve been great to meet this guy. Very well done, keep it up! Gaetano Raiola

There is various problems in the property this agency is renting. Our electricity is gone very often and no one tops it up regardless of multiple phone calls. Our wifi is gone at the moment. My bed was broken when I moved in they blamed me for that. When our toilet was overflowing they said we have to pay for the plumber even tho it is agency’s responsibility to fix that. Poor customer service and unfriendly staff.

Reema is the real Boss in the agency, professional but at the same time kind, quick and flexible in terms of mails, phone calls and explanations of contracts. A good example of how to deal with a potential customer. I'm bit disappointed with the efficiency if there's a issue to fix inside the flat but apart this I'm happy with the contract and location of my flat. Reema you rock !!!

I've rented a few times in the past with different agencies and Hawk & Eagle (especially Ridhwan) have been nothing but excellent. He has been responsive to any questions I have and very proactive with updates on the property I want to rent. First class in my opinion and I'm sure the excellent service from Ridhwan and the agency will continue throughout my tenancy.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
