Mark was exceptional throughout, proactive, approachable, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. His communication was excellent, and his calm, confident approach really made the process stress-free. Paul did an outstanding job with the valuation, he priced our property perfectly, which generated a lot of interest straight away and ultimately led to a quick, successful sale. His market knowledge and honest advice gave us real confidence in the process. We had a brilliant experience buying a house through Paul, Mark and the team. In a pretty chaotic market, they were super helpful and communicative throughout, and they kept things moving through quickly and efficiently. We had complete trust in them from the outset and, although they pushed hard to get the best price for the seller, which is their job to do, we always felt they handled things in a balanced way, and did their best for us also. We have been working with Laney Manu at Hamptons over the last few months. She has been absolutely brilliant in facilitating the purchase of our new house. She is always prompt, available, patient and understanding. Her communication is excellent and she clearly has lots of experience. The process is new to us and she has guided us - we felt in safe hands every step of the way. We had heard lots of horror stories about buying a house and the frustrations of the process but our experience has been excellent. When Laney was away for a few days, her colleagues were also efficient and available. We can't thank her enough, or recommend her highly enough!

Exceptionally high standard of service! After having bad experience with other agencies, it was a delight finding our perfect home with Hamptons. We were treated like a queen, Chloe, Milena and Sian were very helpful from the beginning, they replied to our questions quickly and sent updates continuously. Truly they know how to build good relationship with their customers. The cherry on the cake is their contracting process. Storing and signing documents online is huge time-saver!!
