GoogleHamptons in Chiswick have recently provided both a sales and rental service to me, and the experience was truly excellent. The staff are extremely professional, and delightful to deal with. Their communication is second to none (this in itself is a rare 'skill' amongst estate agents) and at all times, we were kept fully appraised of interest levels, viewings, feedback and potential offers. It was also very useful to have the Hamptons experienced and professional view of the applicants in order to guide our decisions. Special mention needs to go to Luke Walsby, Alex Langdon and Holly Currie, all of whom worked brilliantly and tirelessly to find us a buyer or tenants, and it was especially helpful how the two sides of the agency (sales/rentals) liaised with each other to ensure a successful and smooth outcome. The end result was renting the property out, but we will definitely be going back to Hamptons when we decide to sell the property in the future.
