Thomas Knapp, Lettings Negotiator, Chiswick - we recently viewed some some properties to let in Chiswick with Thomas Knapp. He was very customer focused and it was a pleasant change to have a lettings negotiator who stops to listen to our needs and who is not doing the hard sell on us. Tom was very polite and went the extra mile. He was proactive and would call us up regularly.

I just bought my first flat through Hamptons, Oliver was my life saver - the flat took much longer to exchange than it should have due to my incompetent solicitor but Oliver really tried to help to ensure the chain didn't fall apart. I also appreciated that he wasn't like the awful pushy London estate agent stereotype who actually put you off properties. Thanks Oliver!

Emily Halpenny - Best Selling Agent Ever: Selling property nowadays is not necessarily that easy. We were selling a two bed flat and thought it should be fairly simple! We have finally sold our property after ten months but mainly due to our purchasers losing their buyer three times. We did have initial annoying issues with inexperienced, gungho people handling the sale but finally we encountered Emily Halpenny... thank goodness. This lady was the reason we stopped with Hamptons for the sale, as her tenacity, customer friendly can-do attitude, in-depth knowledge of the housing sales industry, negotiating skills and ability to communicate with the right people in the sales chain, was the reason this sale happened. Regular updates on the varying situations as they unfolded over the months were very much appreciated as you can get agents who don't seem to bother or care to chase, especially on a protracted time scale of sale. This lady earned her commission and chased all the way for us and made sure nothing from our end slowed the sale process up at all and for that we are very grateful. We thank and highly commend this lady for her total professionalism, focus and commitment to her job and strongly suggest that if you want a smooth ride with your sale, you should seriously get to talk to and engage this lady. My husband and I would like to say huge THANK YOU to Thomas Yates for helping us with flat rental recently. We are both really surprised how professional, honest, responsive he is. Tom has managed to "sort" our paperwork out in less than 48h(we have seen the property prior to 2 days before paying rent and giving notice to previous landlord. Even now-after we moved in already - he is making sure everything is well with us and the flat. It is great that Hamptons team take care of tenants, you won't experience that with other letting agencies. We are both really happy and thankful for the experience we had with Tom.
