GoogleHad Hamptons for full management for quite a while.Was happy leaving them for another agency. Unprofessional behavior and not good at management in a nutshell.

GoogleGaby from Hamptons was enthusiastic, got our requirements very quickly and showed us flats that were relevant to our needs. They seem to have a good inventory and we saw several flats quite quickly. Held our hands through the whole process and post sales was super helpful with all the details that always come along with getting to know a new place. Highly recommended!

GoogleI bought a property in Bayswater through Hamptons. I've dealt with a wide range of estate agents, both as a buyer and a seller, and found the Hamptons estate agent Aidan Coates easily the most professional of all. Some agents bombard you with many properties; he was selective and everything he showed me was close to my criteria. He responded promptly to all enquiries, always providing detailed information, and worked hard to expedite the sale process, which was particularly appreciated due to my tight timeline. Even though he officially works for the vendor, he was very helpful and fair to me also. If I sell the property, he will be my first port of call. Thank you!

GoogleBought our flat from Aidan at Hamptons and when we wanted to upgrade we went straight back. They found us a buyer straight away and when our sale fell through kept our buyer on board. We eventually found and completed on our new flat. If you want a flat in Paddington basin area they are the ones to go to. We had a bad experience with another local estate agent, shame Hamptons didn't get to sell the flat we wanted, would have made our life a whole lot easier. I felt I could trust Hamptons staff.

GoogleWe have recently sold 2 No. Flats in the Paddington area through the Paddington office of Hamptons. Over the past 5 or 6 years or so we have built an excellent working relationship with both the Lettings and the Sales departments of Hamptons in Paddington. When we bought the two Flats to Market we spoke to the three leading local Estate Agents and Hamptons came across as the most professional and the most in touch with the state of the Paddington Property Market. We gave Hamptons sole instructions (as we have done so successfully in the past). They were successful in selling the Properties for what both they and ourselves independently thought that they were worth. I would particularly like to highlight the role played by Gaby Tang who handled the Purchasers of both Flats and a few little problems they raised in a highly competent and professional way. We certainly benefited from the firmness of her approach and I believe the Purchases did as well. They will be involved in all of our future dealings in the Paddington Area (we have a modest portfolio in W2) and I would happily recommend both Gaby and Hamptons Paddington to any prospected buyer or seller.

GoogleI bought a flat through Hamptons few months ago and it was only possible with a great help of Aidan Coates and his colleagues. I was looking for a flat for almost a year and Aidan always called me as soon as something meeting my requirements was coming to the market and was always keeping me informed. He recommended me a good solicitor who knows the block and and also helped with lots of issues throughout. Very professional and well-known agency on the market. If i ever get to sell my flat i will do this through Hamptons. Thanks a lot for what you are doing!

GoogleI wanted a professional review of the merits of extending the balcony area and what it would do to the value and potential marketability of the house. The Hamptons office is located just round the corner and a local director readily agreed. The visit involved a quick tour of inspection and a review of the proposed building works. Within a couple of days I received a first class report which started off with an appraisal of the house and then went on to consider the merits of spending some £20,000 on extending the balcony area. All in all I found the Personnel at Hamptons to be knowledgeable and well presented. The report received and the advice within it was professional and just what I wanted. If ever I consider a sale or a let of the house Hamptons would be first on the list to advise.

GoogleHamptons sold two of our newly developed Houses in Bayswater and offered an extremely professional and interactive service, surpassing all local competitors. Their pre-sales advice, weekly updates, marketing and negotiation strategy and general enthusiasm ultimately led to the success of both sales achieving record prices for the location. They have a powerful brand, yet their local expertise was key to us as a property developer and we'd highly recommend this office for all W2 flat and house sales.

GoogleThis purchase happened solely due to Gaby Tang's involvement and tenacity; over a 7 month process she was consistently responsive and attentive. She maintained excellent communication between all the parties and was professional, commercial and pragmatic. It won't be the easiest or largest fee she has earned for Hampton's but she has won a repeat client as I cannot imagine a better agent in the area.
