I recently completed the sale of my flat and overall had a positive experience. Callum, in particular, was excellent throughout, professional, supportive and great to deal with. He handled negotiations well, helped keep things moving and was always responsive when I spoke with him. My solicitor also commented on how lovely he was to work with, which says a lot. There were, however, a few occasions where communication from the wider office could have been better, particularly when trying to get hold of someone or receive updates, which did cause some frustration at times. That said, the sale was successfully completed and I’m grateful for Callum’s role in getting it over the line.

We "interviewed" a number of agents in the area more than a year before deciding to sell. We were looking for a flat but with some very specific requirements. We spoke to a number of estate agents and viewed some properties but Puneet was the only one who really listened to our needs and only suggested properties that met our brief. He was also super flexible re viewings as we travel a lot and weren’t always around. Once we’d seen the “right one” he was thorough professional and tenacious in getting everything in place. Estate agents often have a poor reputation for being transactional and not listening - Puneet is the exact opposite and was a delight to deal with. If only all agents were like him!!

Hamptons, were great, which was due to their excellent agent, Puneet Gangotra. We found a lovely suitable local apartment to buy. Puneet showed it to us & was open and honest about everythung. My wife and I are from abroad and so Puneet made special allowances for further viewings and enquiries. Unfortunately the whole purchase dragged out for many months, which apparently is the norm in England (!) Puneet, however, stayed on top of the process, and directed us through the various issues. Puneet was able to think outsider the box… When the lawyers were stuck, he was able to gain valuable information & documents through his local contacts. This made us extremely impressed. When everything was completed, Puneet didn’t stop helping. He assisted us with moving into the apartment, including sourcing cleaning and advice re utilities. Puneet is very professional & knows his game. More importantly, he is a decent & most trustworthy fellow. Thank you Puneet!
