GooglePuneet has been helping me with the purchase of my first flat recently. I would like to note the exceptional service he provided by dealing with all issues instantly, keeping constant contact between the buying and selling sides, providing regular updates, being available on holidays and weekends for urgent questions, and answering questions after the sale was completed. Puneet has dealt exceptionally well in an unusual circumstance I had and found the solution immediately which helped me complete the deal very quickly after the issue arose. Puneet has been doing his best to help complete the sale asap, which I'm very grateful for. I'm really glad that Puneet was my estate agent for this purchase and I would definitely recommend him for those looking for a property.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Aidan at the Bayswater branch. Not only was his expertise helpful but he was also a very pleasant person to discuss my project with. I must say that his knowledge of the property market is valuable as there are many factors that have to be taken into account. I also appreciated the fact that he sent me some useful links including information that I required, via an email, as a follow up. I would highly recommend both Hamptons and specifically Aidan.

GoogleI started my purchase process with lots of anxiety, considered the poor reputation for some agents and the practices we hear a lot about. St John and Sophie were the opposite of it. 1) listening to my price target and conveying it to have the deal done 2) communicating in a timely fashion 3) very fast and efficient completion (exchg in 4weeks, completion in 6) 4) when I asked them to chase the vendor's solicitor, they effectively did it. I was worried all through the process but it was in vain; from A to Z, the process was smooth. They deliver on their promises. Real professional team. The industry should take example on them. Thank you guys
