The process was really smooth sailing, our expectations were managed from the start and there was constant communication throughout the process which really helped. I would highly recommend using the Balham branch of Hamptons if you are planning on renting your property. Ask for Joe Lewis. Unusually for an estate agent, Joe listens, cares about what’s important to you and was the only person to give me an accurate and honest appraisal of what my property was worth. Joe also made regular calls to update me on progress and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Thank you!

As a landlord I've used Hamptons Balham a number of time to find tenants for two flats in the area. They are very responsive to my needs and understand what kind of tenant I would accept as suitable. Most recently Jodie was great in finding a lovely couple for me and the administrative issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Olly, the Lettings Manager, has really gone the extra mile in trying to sort out a dispute , offering me time and good advice (I've never had a dispute in my ten years of being a landlord!) that was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have previously listed with other local estate agents who had a very reactive approach to sales e.g. letting online property portals do the work. Lindsey Hedges was amazing - very professional, efficient and no-nonsense in her approach. She kept us regularly updated on progress and worked hard to get the right buyers in for viewings (no time wasters or getting "anybody through the door"). A very positive experience!
