I have been using Hamptons to manage my property for several years now and have been very impressed by the personnel that I’ve dealt with in various departments. In particular, I’ve been working with Lucy Desborough whom I can honestly say is one of the best property managers I’ve ever come across. She’s always timely with her responses, excels at finding solutions to difficult problems, and always goes that extra mile to help in any given situation. She’s an excellent communicator and works well with others across departments and outside of Hamptons. I always know that she’ll handle issues with the utmost diplomacy and decorum. She continues to be a pleasure to work with and I hope that she’ll always be my property manager!

Amy our property manager has been very helpful, especially lately when we had a number of repairs issues to deal with.At the same time we've had complaints from our tenants that when something breaks they get a number of different contractors coming and spending too much time 'inspecting the damage' and are then very slow and not always competent in actually repairing things. Once I introduced Hamptons to my own contractions who have a wide range of specialists, things went faster and smoother.

I have recently let out a flat that I own to a new tenant and a few unexpected problems have arisen. Kay MacCaulay from Hampton's has been an extremely supportive guide throughout the whole process: advising me on what needs to be done at every turn. She is in regular communication: replies promptly and courteously. While always making sure that both I, as a landlord, and Hamptons, as managing agents, strictly comply with legal and ethical imperatives ( which is very important to me), Kay has nonetheless offered me consistent, supportive and common sense advice on how to manage any tricky situations that can arise. Hamptons have been managing our property for almost four and a half years. During that time we have had, and continue to have exemplary service. Our Property Manager, Katie Tucker, is always there for us and nothing is too much trouble. We feel we have a great professional, yet friendly working relationship with Katie. She has been an absolute superstar, especially with keeping in touch with us during the various Covid lockdowns, when it must have been very challenging for her at times, what with remote working, etc. It is extra challenging in our case as we are in Australia and working around the different time zones could be problematic, but it never is for Katie.Katie knows our property very well and liaises between our tenants and ourselves in a very professional and efficient manner. She always takes care to keep track of and follow up on any outstanding maintenance issues or problems arising from either party. We don't know what we'd do without her!
