Joanna from Haart has provided a superb service. She went above and beyond to ensure my home is sold. She kept me updated throughout which was very comforting, especially at times of uncertainty and worry. She was reliable and always returned calls. She responded to all enquiries clearly and professionally. She honestly is an asset to your team. I was initially fearful of selling my home due to the many horror stories I have heard from friends and family members who sold their homes with other agencies. However, this certainly wasn't the case with Haart.

Whether you’re looking for a property or looking to sell, I would highly recommend haart in Southgate. I contacted the branch in regards to a property they had on the market and was given the details by Ben Bukowski. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge into this property and he also recommended a few other properties which he recommended I saw. He knew exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me with my search. I was so impressed with the protocols in place for covid which he outlined to me and stuck to during the viewings I attended. I would 100% like to deal with Ben again in the future and would recommend anyone looking in the area to speak to him. He seems so passionate about his local area and knows it off the top of his head!

We had a great experience with the team at Haart; while it took nearly 2 years to get into our new home due to issues with the sale, it was worth the wait. Rolanda worked fantastically hard, calling in personal favours and keeping the pressure on to get it over the line. Leah had to deal with a particularly unpleasant buyer and for this, we are really grateful. Jo was a fantastic saleswoman and it was great to have her in our previous home. James got us the best deal possible on our new mortgage which meant we are not at a financial disadvantage. Really cannot recommend the team enough!
