GoogleIncredibly rude, unhelpful agents. Took days to return my call about a property and when I booked a viewing they failed to put it properly on the system, so when I called to confirm on the day they knew nothing about it. They didn’t apologise or acknowledge how inconvenient this was for me. I will be making a point of not using this agency in my house search.

GoogleOur sales agent Dilan (sadly no longer at this branch) was wonderful. She was friendly, kind, patient and really listened to our questions and concerns. Our moving process took longer than expected and the wider team at Haart were understanding and helpful and helped broker the process, being proactive but not pushy. GoogleHorrendous experience with Haart estate agents. We are still waiting to receive our deposit 35 days after our tenancy ended. Radio silence from the office who have not replied to multiple emails querying when the deposit will be released. Renters avoid Haart
