GoogleI recently wrote a review about issues relating to the organisation of this letting agency. The problems that were faced were discussed with a staff member and they agreed to take this forward to management and to rectify this problem for future tenants. The phone call was nice, calm and non-confrontational, I felt that any problems will be addressed in the future to ensure a smooth and timely tenancy
