GoogleProbably my worst experience so far, and trust me I've had a few bad ones! Sure, the letting agents are very nice but 6 weeks after moving out, still no sign of my deposit. And no need to say that I had to ask the TDS to intervene to get my own money back and, of course, still nothing!!! If I could, I would give 0 stars. Unacceptable to have to beg to get our own money back. Shocking and unacceptable.

GoogleVery poor. No response to emails sent, very rarely able to get through on the phone. These people show no interest in dealing with an issue that is now 3 weeks old.

GoogleAmazing and supportive assistance from Patrick !!!. Made renting my first flat much less stressful than I assumed it would be from talking to peers. From the first viewing to all the contract work , the quality of service I received was on point, definitely a Letting Agent that gives Haart a good name. Clint and Colin also where very supportive and understanding , definitely feel everyone I came across at Haart went out their way to make the process smooth.

GoogleWe pay £360 every year to renew our tenancy contract with haart and have never had a smooth process. This year they have taken 5 months to process a change of tenant, and are still claiming we haven't paid the fee, despite us paying it back in January and sending proof of payment 3 times already. Very unprofessional and disorganised, especially for the expensive fees they charge. Wouldn't recommend them to manage a rented property.

GoogleHaart were absolutely brilliant - Natanya, Tim, Nick and the rest of the team - despite me nagging them 20 times a day, every day for 6 months, for updates they were always patient, informative and lovely to speak too. I highly recommend!
