GoogleAwful service. Fail to respond to emails or calls and am continually chasing to get information. If considering a managed rental would advise to do it yourself rather than pay for something you will do more work on to manage the agent.

GoogleFound a shared accommodation through Haart and signed a contract with them only later to be introduced by a complete new set of rules by the landlord which wasn't even mentioned by the agent when I signed the contract. Since my referencing had begun they said they couldn't give back my deposit places. I think the agents need to make sure that all rules clauses are mentioned to their customers rather than deceiving them in the middle. Will never use nor recommend Haart lettings to anyone I know.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleThey offer a very poor service. Maintenance requests go ignored, emails go unanswered, and generally nothing gets done. We had intermittent hot water for nearly 3 months and the agency did nothing about it. Maintenance only started taking place when the landlord got involved and hired her own contractors. Communication throughout the pre-tenancy, and tenancy itself, has been abhorrently bad.

GoogleAlthough I found my property via a different agent I used Ibrahim Ogurlu, Just Mortgages at Haart. Very professional and have kept me informed at all times which is something that cannot be said for a high street lender I originally was going with. I would highly recommend him and would use again!

GoogleReally Happy with the service - I had my mortgage arranged by their broker Ibrahim Ogurlu. He was really helpful though out the rather long process, easy to contact and kept us update at every stage. He made the process really transparent and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend his services to other.

I've always had good tenants and a steady rental income. They really are experts in their field and offer a seamless service. Also, they're superb at dealing with people and challenging situations. Finally, they're always positive with a fantastic can-do attitude when it comes to finding solutions to problems.
