We are with Haart for almost two years to manage our rental property at leytonstone. Initially any issues were dealth by properly management team of Haart and not by the local branch at leytonstone. But since Ulugbek Rabbimov join the leytonstone branch as a manager , the services have improved beyond my expectations(not to mention as a individual branch and seperately operate from propert management dept that suppose to deal day to day issues ). Whenever there is an issue I raised, he took initiative, try and resolve or convey to the right way to resolve the issues promptly. I can't praise his efforts enough. Took on Haart to manage my property in Leyton - in six months I was passed between 5 members of staff, had to keep chasing for the most simple and basic tasks - what should have taken a week or so at best simply did not materialise. To top it all I was unable to reach anyone by phone (tried five phone numbers from their websites online), and only after complaining via email was I given a direct contact number. Worst experience as a landlord, and lost a lot of time and money - they happily took the money and did nothing to earn it. Nice and friendly (but clueless as far as property management goes), and that's as far as it goes for their property management services. Haart may do well in selling properties and finding tenants a good place to live - but landlords stay away - especially if you're a distant landlord. Dropped them like a brick after 6 months of signing up.

Whilst Haart weren’t responsible for my sale or purchase, they were responsible for a property in our chain and it’s safe to say without the efforts put in by Sanjiv I wouldn’t be sitting in my new home today! He was extremely helpful, empathetic & communicative, there was a lot of turbulence in our process due to the economy & he remained determined to drive it over the line, whilst always staying in touch with me. It was really easy to book a viewing with Davon and I had it almost immediately. I appreciated that they allowed multiple people to view the property, then make offers/look into all offers. I've had some estate agents cancel viewing appointments as soon as an offer has been made, without considering other offers that could have been made. Making an offer was clearly explained and written down in what I needed to provide and what I needed to know. I would have preferred for the property to be explained to me upon entry rather than me asking questions.
