GoogleWe purchased a house off market from Ellie. From initial interaction until completion Ellie helped with every step. Even when our chain broke downstream, Ellie worked with us and the vendor to ensure everyone was comfortable with the plan. We're not planning on moving anytime soon but if we ever do then we'll definitely be searching Ellie out.

GoogleI dealt twice with Haart South Woodford. The first time when I bought my house. It was a very positive experience, Jacqueline who sold me the property was very friendly and professional. For that reason, I decided to use her Agency when I had to sell my house 5 years later. I have not regretted my decision as it took less than 2 months for them to find me a buyer at a time where the housing market was very difficult and uncertain. The whole team is very nice and professional, they gave me good advice and the property was very well advertised. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleExcellent service - I was really surprised, in a quiet market, how much interest the team managed to generate in my mother's flat, which was not an easy sell. I dealt primarily with Jason, who was so responsive and proactive. Never once did I need to ring up to chase anything, at all. Every time I rang the office, whoever answered the phone in the office knew about my property and what the current state of play was. I was constantly kept informed of progress and it took a lot of stress away from me at a difficult time. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks :)

All reference checks etc were carried out quickly and I was kept in the loop throughout. He remained as the point of contact even after the flat was let.
