Dear Tazzio, We would like to understand more about the reason for the 1 star rating, since we cannot find you in our database, emails or any other portal. This lead us to believe you are probably confusing us with another Griffins which is based in GRAYS. Please contact info@gogriffins.com so we can find out more about yourself and perhaps assist you. Thanks Griffins Estates
