I couldn't say "Thank you" enough to Razi and Jessica who supported me with renting my first place in London. During the process, I got all my questions answered swiftly and they were really accommodative for face-to-face meetings, considering that I was not London based. They are real professionals and the goody bag was the best!!!

TrustpilotSome agents are good some agents are bad, it is always up to the particular person :) , as expected.
Some agents are great, some are totally ignorant but they pretend they know everything. Some are genuinely polite, others are trying to mock you without really understanding it. It is a simple Real Estate agency -though they may be extremely polite or extremely rude, it is up to each person in the company. The properties they promote are always extremely good with great attention to details and a neutral decor. Very very often unfurnished which is a plus for someone that has his own personally chosen furniture to move in. I have had some good and some bad experiences with this agency. I cannot judge them. Again, I believe it is up to the particular person/agent that you will meet, other great and amiable, others stuck-up and rude :) You can never know. It is the same in most Real Estate Agencies.

I arrived to the viewing a bit late, but even though when I arrived google map didn’t show the exact location of the flat. As well as the lady was on a hurry if I’m not mistaken according to what she said. She hung up on me too. Wasn’t pleasant genuinely and my reason for being late is that google map didn’t guide me to the place because there is other places of the similar address.

My agent cancelled multiple viewings at the last minute without any warning or communication. We then rescheduled the viewings for 2 days later and when the time came to view the properties, he did not respond to any emails and did not answer his office or mobile which means I missed out again on seeing the properties. As I flew to London from the States to view properties, this was a huge waste of time and money.

Special shout-out to Marcus who feels like a genuine friend every time you talk to him. Appreciated the casual chat, tea and biscuits he served us in the office when showing ids.

The experience was okay, we arrived 10 mins later than we agreed due to a traffic jam, still, the agent was kind. But once the agent found that we were not quite willing to rent a flat with no furniture, he was a little bit impatient.
