GoogleBe careful. They don’t forward offers to landlords. I make £200k per year and they didn’t want to forward my offer to the landlord for a 3 bedroom flat on King Street.

Well, what can I say, I have never received such perfect service Moving from a different location can be very stressful Kai, from GLP agency has been a godsend all the way and has shown total professionalism combined with great help and advise during that time. He went out of his way to give me regular updates. Jess, was also a great asset to get things moving, from my first visit to the new place until completion day. The two of them are truly representing what an estate agent should be all about and I would definitely advice anybody who is looking to buy/sell/rent a property in the area to get in touch with them. They are human beings dealing with other human beings

I have had a viewing with Becky from GLP in 2020 and since then I’ve always contacted her anytime I was looking at moving: they are reliable, listen to your requirement and make sure to follow up with you! After leaving my apartment, they started to ignore my emails requesting electricity meter reading which I need to close my electricity account. It was not on the check-out report and not accessible from the apartment.Update: As of Sep. 3rd still no response. Regarding the reply for glp, the tenant does not have access to the meter as already mentioned.

Professional and responsive - Happy Landlord I'm very pleased to have chosen GLP to help me rent out my Soho property. Working with the team whether it is Sarah, Rob, Marc or others, each are professional, responsive and have the best interests of both the landlord and tenant at heart. It's the kind of company you want to work with as a landlord and I would say it's probably the kind of company you'd want to rent from as a tenant. They keep me informed along the way meaning that if there's ever an issue with the property, I can be quickly notified and agree a fix so that the tenant remains happy. When finding new tenants for my property, the team has been great and getting someone in quickly and at the asking price.
