Dear David, Your appointment was for 5.15 and not 5.30, so if it was a rushed appointment, then that was because someone else was due to turn up at 5.30. My colleague has the confirmation on her phone that your appointment was at 5.15. Leaving aside the fact that you got the time wrong, I still don’t understand how that makes us racist, as we still showed you around, spent time with you, and answered all your questions. We deal with different people of different creeds, colours and nationalities in both our lettings and sales division, but you’re entitled to your opinion, no matter how false it is.
