GoogleI called in today to find out about property to let. It was listed at the rightmove as "to let", but actually was already let out (good trick). I wasted nearly 2 minutes giving my email address, as the guy from agency has problem to write it down and was having a good lough at the same time. Never again.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing! GHE set the bar high for how estate agents should conduct themselves as letting agents and as property management. Rhiannon, Andy, Lily and Ogo of GHE have been brilliant in their capacity to help me and my housemates despite multiple problems with the property when we moved in (none of which were their fault).

GoogleLilly from Global House estates went above and beyond to find me the best flat possible and to negotiate with the landlord on my behalf, and even after closing the deal Anthony from GHE has continued to help me during the tenancy with any problems I've had. I cannot recommend GHE highly enough!

GoogleAbsolutely top class lettings agency. Andy's promise of customer service is surpassed only by his delivery of it. I expect peace of mind for me and my tenants and I haven't had one complaint in that regard in all the years I've been with GHE. This company is a real pleasure to work with.

GoogleAbsolutely awful experience. Not renting but guaranteeing for a friend. Can't get their dates and expectations right. Not sharing relevant information, meaning i had to chase a lot. Would most certainly not ever recommend this agency. Would like to give a zero but google didn't let me.
