GoogleSmall letting company, but very responsive, and effective. I rented during one year through Ginger Lettings for a 1 bedroom flat in Barnsbury. The neighbors agreed that the company was very quick to reply to any request or emergency (leaks, broken locks, etc.). Concerning the payment and the return of the deposit, not worries at all.

GoogleThis agency is venal and without principles. Deposit not refunded despite lots of work done by us in garden, removing previous rubbish and coping with water leaks, mice, mould etc., now being charged an unreasonable amount, losing deposit despite being model tenants for years!

GoogleGL works hard to keep their tenants happy. The in house maintenance staff is friendly and competent. Sone of the landlords they work with are a bit lackadaisical, but that can't be helped!

GoogleLeft work early to view a property, waited there for 20mins and no one showed. Tried to call everyone had left the office at 5. No one replied to apologise for wasting my time. Wont bother again
