GoogleGardiner Residential are a fantastic local estate agent with excellent knowledge of the Ealing area. I let out a couple of my properties with them and sold one of my flats with them too over a period of 10 years. They are super professional, personable and very easy to work with. They are the ONLY agent I would recommend in Ealing :)

GoogleGardiners are operating as a professional and well coordinated team with a personal touch to their clients. They were great on both selling the property and renting it out notwithstanding the difficult market conditions for selling. They achieved positive outcome and were reliable and responsive throughout the process. Thanks a lot to both Ian and Emma!

GoogleGardiner Residential has a first class knowledge of the market in Ealing and surrounding West London. We rented a house through them in 2019-2020. Unlike many other agents we tried, they really took the time to understand our needs and find us the perfect property.

GoogleExtremely poor quality and slow service when dealing with issues with your house.
Dear Paul We're sorry to read your review and have looked through our database and do not have a Paul Bobby registered as tenant, landlord or any other contact. I can only presume that when you say 'dealing with issues with your house' it sounds like you are possibly a tenant. Please can you email me directly at ian@gardinerhomes.co.uk and let me know what issues you have so that we can try put them right. It can be frustrating with regards to management issues particularly when we are waiting for authorisation from the landlord, waiting for funds (we can't do works without funds on account) or waiting for contractors. Its really disappointing to have a public negative review as this seriously affects the lives of everyone that works for us and relies on this business for their livelihood - please do get in touch directly with me so that we can try put this right. Many thanks
