Yellfantastic efficient & professional service
I explained that I wanted a quick sale & put it on the market with 2 agents but Gardiner won hands down as they found me a buyer in just one week :o) I have moved home a number of times but Emma Gardiner made this sale really work smoothly. She recommended a superb solicitor and went above and beyond with negotiations and communication to keep everything on track and all parties happy. A family run business and both Emma and Ian were superb - yes estate agents who are really great people - thanks loads :o)

GoogleI first came into contact with GR nearly four years ago and, with me as landlord, they have been managing my London flat since then. I have found Ian, Emma and Kira to be both very friendly and very professional. They know what they are doing. Day to day contact is with Kira who is very good both at keeping me up to date with any issues as they arise and, more particularly, at resolving them in an active and courteous manner.

GoogleThere’s Ealing estate agents - and then there’s Gardiners. I’ve bought 4 houses in Ealing over the years and sold three. This time I entrusted Gardiners with my sale and the experience was incomparably better than any previous one. Emma, Ian and their team became my friends. I never - over the 18 months (not down to them but some bad luck and the economic situation) it took to sell my house and buy exactly the one I wanted - did I feel anything other than supported, understood and encouraged. Their experience, knowledge of the local area and diplomacy are second to none. No hard sell, no fast talking, no unrealistic sales pitches or time-wasters - just common sense, professionalism, patience and understanding - all of which were needed in my case. They were wonderful.

GoogleWent for a viewing for an one bedroom house after setting a date, none of our concerns or limits were even acknowledged. The only question they asked via email is how much do we earn, that is all. We went for a viewing and the house they showed us was entirely different from the one on the website. Upon enquiring the guy who showed us the place said the place was gone and this is the one that is available, the guy was really unprofessional and reluctant to answer questions.Worst experience ever.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
