TrustpilotAWFUL AGENCY - INCOMPETENT & UNCOOPERATIVE
I had an awful experience renting a property with this agency in London. Firstly they never fixed some issues that we kept reporting (I even got electrocuted by the stove ignition!!). We had agreed that the microwave needed to be fixed upon signing the contract and they never did it. We lived without the microwave for a year! Secondly when we decided to leave the property and it went back on the market, they had constant viewings, letting us know only a few hours before and one of their agents even used the spare key set to get into the house unannounced and without my authorisation!!! Huge violation of privacy. By the end of the tenancy we were exhausted and felt abandoned by the agency that was supposed to care for us. To top it all off it took them almost 2 months to return our deposit!!! I had to constantly chase and beg for updates. A nightmare. Uncooperative, rude and utterly useless when it came to care for the property for which we payed a high rent!!!

GoogleAwful experience, we were advised to pay a 4 month rent deposit direct to the ‘trusted’ landlord for a commercial property only to never receive the keys or the money back for 8 months. The property was then continued to be advertised on their website as well as other properties owned by the landlord despite Fyfe Mcdade full well knowing the circumstances.

GoogleAdrian was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of our house purchase. He consistently went above and beyond to chase solicitors and guide us through the process, and maintained excellent communication. We feel very lucky to have purchased with Adrian and Martin, and wholly recommend Fyfe Mcdade to anyone.

GoogleReceived the flat in an absolutely filthy state. Rubblish left inside the flat, gross bits of loo roll lying around, door handles broken and off hinges, marks all over the walls. It looked like a drug den. Raised this the day after picking up keys, and Fyfe Mcdade refused to clean the place up or remove the rubbish, insisting that the cleaning had been done (!) They clearly have no pride in their work and want to shirk as many responsibilities as possible. Absolutely avoid.

GoogleAdrian Cheng in the shoreditch Office was incredible. Always fighting for me to get things to go through as quickly as possible and always available and communicative. He is a genuine guy who will look out for your interests and not just try to sell you. Best experience I’ve had in London.

GoogleDo not under any circumstances use Fyfe McDade for property/block management. They have been managing our block for a year and have proven themselves to be completely incompetent. They are unresponsive to resident requests, issues are left unresolved for weeks and are incredibly unhelpful when it comes to general communication and block management. Avoid!

GoogleWe had an excellent experience working with Adrian. He was immensely helpful and responsive throughout the purchase, and did his best to move the needle. GoogleMartin, Adrian and Sophie at Fyfe McDade are absolutely excellent and we could not have hoped for a better selling experience. Thanks to them, we managed to exchange within 6 weeks on our sale and purchase. They are really not your average estate agents. They are a seriously well-oiled machine who go way above and beyond to get the job done. A breath of fresh air compared to most agents that we have come across. You will absolutely not regret using them for your sale!

GoogleGeorge was super helpful and knowledgeable. Even though we didn't end up signing the deal on a unit together I would still definitely go to Fyfe Mcdade again in the future.
