GoogleAWFUL AGENCY - INCOMPETENT & UNCOOPERATIVE I had an awful experience renting a property with this agency in London, particularly with the Shoreditch office. Firstly they never fixed some issues that we kept reporting (I even got electrocuted by the stove ignition!!). We had agreed that the microwave needed to be fixed upon signing the contract and they never did it - for the whole year... Secondly when we decided to leave the property and it went back on the market, they had constant viewings, letting us know only a few hours before and one of their agents even used the spare key set to get into the house unannounced and without my authorisation!!! Huge violation of privacy. By the end of the tenancy we were exhausted and felt abandoned by the agency that was supposed to care for us. To top it all off it took them almost 2 months to return our deposit!!! I had to constantly chase and beg for updates. It felt like they were doing it on purpose...A nightmare. Uncooperative, rude and utterly useless when it came to care for the property for which we payed a lot!!! I wouldn't recommend renting any property with them

GoogleProbably worst letting agency I had to deal with. They have very little knowledge of property management. They will use every strategy in the book to increase your rent every year. Don’t allow more than 1 year contract. They don’t respond to emails/message. You can wait several weeks before getting an answer. They implemented a new way of raising property issues (to avoid contact with tenants) but it is not speeding up the process nor fix their lack of communication.. Don’t care about the tenants, they can live without internet, hot water, heatings. Joke of an agency. TO AVOID!

GoogleBUILDING MANAGEMENT - AVOID!! Our building has been managed by Fyfe for the last 18months and it's just been disappointments after disappoitnments. Simply incompetent and lazy behaviors (eg: would default any expense to the service charge instead of using warranty, not challenging freeholder when expenses should have been passed on to them, etc.). Anything which being requested is just hard work. In short, it feels that the leaseholder are doing most of the heavylifting to just maintain the building. Avoid.

Don't choose this company as the property manager firm if you are a landlord and certainly stay away as a tennant. My review is based on a specific rent case: Flat 2, St.Andrews's Hill (one of the central parts of London). Will not provide the full address for the security reasons. The contract was for 11 months. Specifically, the rent contract was serviced by the Shoreditch office (1 Charlotte Rd) and the property manager Abhishek. They have not returned my safety deposit after 3 months since the contract termination using salami tactics (providing thin slices of deadlines), their manager Abhishek is extremely good at it. Guess I will have to escalate this issue to arbitration. They systematically neglected flat maintenance, I had to chase Abhishek, the property manager to fix stuff. Most of it (including the door handle that was broke on day one) was not fixed at the time we have left. The only thing that was fixed was the boiler as it was a real health and safety concern. Their engagement is decent on the sales stage, but the energy levels start to fall as early as the contracting stage.

From the start of negotiation to signing of the lease, the estate agent, Mr George,. helped us all the way through and we are extremely happy to have secured the lease and soon will be the location of Asian UK Spa and confinement service. Fantastic service. I fully recommend Fyde Mcdade.

GoogleWorking with George Sarantis to find our new warehouse was amazing. We have dealt with many people for our 3 locations however, George really stood apart. He dealt with everything in a very fast manner and was committed to getting the right deal for all parties. We would thoroughly recommend working with him and we plan to open 6 more sites over the next 2 years so will strive to work with him when possible.
