GoogleI had a really positive experience working with Martin when purchasing my flat through Fyfe McDade. The process was complex and time-consuming with planning and refurbishment issues. It also required 3rd party advice. Despite all this, Martin was always responsive, friendly, and constructive and I genuinely felt he had my best interests at heart. His support made a challenging transaction a whole lot smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin and the team.

GoogleI Cannot recommend George and the team at Fyfe Mcdade highly enough. We have just completed on a commercial least which was dragged out by solicitors for a long time. Throughout the process George was an invaluable asset to us. He responded promptly to all communications and was an anchor point for all communications between us the landlord and solicitors. No ask was too big, He always kept me in the loop and even when I was feeling a bit anxious about how slow solicitors were moving George helped me chase them and with out him I don’t think this deal would have got done. Even when I went in to pick up the keys the team in the office were friendly and welcoming. Good service is hard to find especially since Covid times, so when someone like George comes along you really appreciate it. Thank-you for everything you have done for us from the team at Parea London.

GoogleIf you’ve found yourself reading google reviews for london based estate agents, you likely have some experience with the chaotic mess that is the london housing market. As a first time renter who also did not grow up in this country, overwhelmed & unprepared is an understatement! However, if you have found yourself in a similar position I can happily assure you that you have come to the right place. Stuart is without a doubt the best property manager anyone could ever hope to have in London. While the bare minimum may be hard to find in this city, Stuart consistently went above and beyond to help me & my flatmate with any and all concerns. Whether they fell within his job description, like the boiler not working; or had absolutely nothing to do with him, like difficulties dealing with energy companies; Stuart provided expertise and a sense of ease that is completely invaluable as a London renter. He is reliable, timely, and always has a cheeky dad joke in his back pocket! I don’t have words to thank Stuart for the amount of stress he has alleviated over the course of my 2 year tenancy, all I can say is if your home makes its way across the desk of Stuart Dellar, Lucky you!

There were quite a few challenges along the way, delays, legal details, negotiations, but George was always responsive, patient, and professional. He helped push things forward when it got stuck and really looked after both sides fairly. Really grateful for his support. I telephoned the company through RightMove in order to try to arrange a viewing of a property, Walker House. I was so disappointed by the person I spoke to, Martin. Having appeared to try to build up some rapport with me, Martin then stated that he didn’t think I was going to buy the property, saying “you’re just browsing” and hung up on me. I was honest with Martin, sharing that I was looking around to see properties in a few areas at this time. I wish that I had NOT been this honest with him. Estate agents are in a position to help people find a home. I understand that people are busy and may need to prioritise, but presuming things, making assumptions and hanging up on potential buyers is beyond awful. Aside from a business point of view, on a purely human level, it’s incredibly rude and unkind. Surely, a compromise could have been reached. For example, offering to show me the flat when someone else was viewing it, or on a day when he knew he would be very close by to taking up too much of his time. Looking around is a part of the process of buying. Getting a feel for a place in person is necessary, and looking in different areas is allowed. I’m sorry that Martin did not have the capacity to empathise with the buyers experience. Maybe I caught him on a bad day.

Thorough research and excellent advice on pricing to start with, followed by fantastic management of viewings and offers made, and an overall commitment 24/7 to answer queries when needed. Adrian and Martin were absolutely brilliant to deal with, and the whole team at Fyfe McDade were really lovely and supportive, which made the sale process very smooth. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot to learn, but he was always patient, helpful, and made the process so smooth. He never made me feel silly for asking questions and explained everything clearly. Adrian’s positive and friendly attitude really stood out, always meeting me with a smile. He - and the rest of the Fyfe McDade team - were very kind and pleased for me upon completion, which made the whole experience even better. I’d highly recommend him and Fyfe McDade to anyone!

GoogleWe used Fyfe MacDade to sell our flat in London in 2025 and they were excellent. Ours was a complicated process as the building had some cladding issues and that made everything less straightforward and much longer than would normally be. Martin was our point of contact and his hard work saved us a lot of bother and time, incredible amount of knowledge and patience. Really recommend this guys.

He has been so responsive, often answering messages and calls on weekends/after work hours and truly went above and beyond. He either always knows the answer to any questions, or directs me to the right person. I honestly canny recommend him enough!

GoogleTbh I wasn’t happy with the previous property manager, but ever since Stuart took over, everything has changed. I’ve dealt with many other agencies before, but Stuart is by far the best. He’s always there whenever I need him and has been consistently helpful. There’s absolutely no reason not to recommend Fyfe Mcdade. highly recommended!

GoogleI recently purchased a flat listed by the Shoreditch branch of Fyfe Mcdade. I would like to note here my appreciation for Adrian’s role. He was always professional and incredibly responsive to queries even out of hours. In addition, his knowledge of the area and objective assessments of the properties viewed was very helpful. I was hoping to complete before the stamp duty increase; Adrian assured me there was nothing to worry about and proved correct. I was happy to have found such a competent, trustworthy and pleasant agent.
