Fuller Gilbert and Co London reviews

Renting from 'Dominic and Co' was a year-long nightmare. Their greed knows no bounds, with contracts stacked against tenants and zero regard for property maintenance. Their deceptive ads paint a false picture, and good luck getting your deposit back without a fight. Steer clear of this agency, it's a landlord's paradise and a tenant's hell.

I have bought house through Fuller Gilbert & Company. Entire process has been very smooth, Matthew guided us well through the entire process helping us by recommending good surveyors and solicitor and has always been on top on communication (quick and clear reverts). We have bought our family house through Grant and Mathew, I found them very professional and responsive. They were very kind and keen to solve the problems. it was a top class service from start to finish. Our buyer had some issues with the completion date and given the pressure to complete before end of June, it became slightly stressful, in this situation Grant and Mathew worked tirelessly with the seller to ensure a smooth completion well within that window. I highly recommend Fuller Gilbert for their top rated service. Thanks a lot.

If you want to work with a proactive and honest real estate agent Grant Fuller is absolutely the person you are looking for! My husband and I settled on purchasing in the area earlier this year and as a result ended up meeting with several different real estate agents by the nature of the different listings we were interested in. Grant really stood out against his competition by going above and beyond to stay in touch regularly, communicate openly and at no point did we feel a hard sell or any pressure to buy from his inventory - just a genuine interest in matching us with the best possible property for our needs and likewise for his sellers. Right up until exchange and completion he kept in regular contact and just made us feel right at ease at what can be a very stressful time for many of us - he even made several great recommendations for local services to help us with plumbing and refurbishment works. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

We had a fantastic experience with Fuller Gilbert. A big thank you to the team and Jay especially. We used to have some extremely frustrating experience with another agency until we came to Fuller Gilbert. Compare to other agencies, they really put themselves into your shoes in the process to provide us with both professional and genuine information. They helped us to secure our DREAM home and also made the whole process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a property or sell your home in Wimbledon area.

BERNARD MARCUS ARE EXCELLENT. Iam selling 3 properties in Wimbledon I called 28/02/2025 to ask about agency fees I was informed by a seemingly helpful female that somebody would call back unfortunately nobody called me. I contacted Bernard Marcus last week they gave me propery appraisals the same day propertys about to go live shortly.

We engaged Fuller Gilbert to sell our family house in West Wimbledon in Jan 2022. The process was handled very professionally, with good communication from FG. We were well advised on the correct asking price (which was higher than other Agent's estimates) and we received a good number of viewings from proceedable buyers. The whole process was very smooth and FG were great to deal with; Recommended.

Jay and Mattew helped us to find our dream house and ensured a smooth transaction. Amazing service throughout. And most importantly, you can trust them as they will put your interest first, unlike many other unethical agents around. Plus everyone in their office is so nice and I can tell it’s a great company with great atmosphere. You can’t go wrong with them!
