GoogleI called five times in the past two weeks to get a let board removed. I've been promised five times, and the message has been passed onto the manager Kylie, who is clearly not bothered about my enquiry. They sound helpful but they're not.

GoogleTotal disinformation, lack of professionalism, zero commitment to the matter! How can you rent an apartment that has a leaky gas installation and not inform the customer that he cannot collect the keys (within the deadline specified in the contract) and then not answer his phone?
