GoogleDeborah was an amazing help to me. Not only did she help me find my perfect home in a day, but she also put me in touch with a great mortgage advisor who sorted me out in a week. Excellent service and friendly people who take the time to listen to what you want.

GoogleI had three different people contacting me to confirm a scheduled viewing. One hour prior to the viewing I sent Kiya that I’d be 30mins late. I arrive to the property and no one is there and she confirmed it would be fine. Very disappointed and very unprofessional.

Hi Omar, we have spoken to the relevant parties involved and understand that Kiya was unwell so her colleague dealt with this in her absence. She waited 45 minutes for you, but was unable to wait any longer as she had another appointment. We understand that she sent you a video of the property so you could still see it.

Googlethe worse experience ever had in rental property, been scam for a lot of money on rental for a property which wasnt even ready to move in. had to end up on temporary rental accommodation, the existing agent has left the company a few days ago and had to deal with Kristy, the supposed manager. stay away from them... i needed to instruct my solicitors to get the rental money backNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAdvised our landlord to raise the rent from 1650 to 2800 pcm, I honestly don’t know how these people sleep at night. Also really bad at managing the property for the landlord, he gave up on them and spoke to us directly.

GoogleSarah McGuinness helped me and my girlfriend find an apartment, I could not ask for a better agent. She was always available to answer all our questions, kept us updated on the latest apartment listings and understood what we were looking for. Foxtons agents are provided with cars, which makes apartment viewing much easier and faster. Overall, great experience!!!

GoogleIncredibly bad service. Terrible move in experience (multiple issues on move in - one of which we are still struggling to get fixed over 2 months into the tenancy). Out of 4 tenants in the property, only 2 tenants had access fobs to the apartment building for approximately the first 5 weeks. The hours spent chasing foxtons and contractors to get any traction is painful. Absolutely baffled as to how they operate as a big business - have never experienced such difficulties in getting things done before. Is there an option to give zero stars?

GoogleWorst customer experience ever. Questionable ethics. The one and only thing they seem to care about is signing the contract, then they don't care anymore about managing the property.
