Really impressed with this branch, and especially Emily. Searching for flats in London is always a chore, and we were exhausted from fielding phone calls and finding things that were less than ideal. Emily listened, delivered, and discussed with us our options and we have decided to refocus our search to that area with her help. Cheerful and kind, we met with her separately and together in order to help our search and she shared with us her perspective and delight in working in real estate. Our search is paused for now, but we will be returning. Thanks so much for your time.

Even worse than expected given Foxtons’ bad reputation, no idea who writes the positive reviews, but they can't be real. Having now completed our purchase, we can honestly say this was the worst buying experience we’ve had in London. Foxtons were consistently unresponsive, obstructive, and left us doing almost all the work ourselves. The seller’s solicitor, Fionan Foo at Burlingtons Law, ignored emails for weeks. Burlingtons was recommended by Foxtons, which makes it even more disappointing. It’s clear Foxtons do no real due diligence on their sellers or the firms they involve, they had no idea who they were dealing with or how difficult they would be. Our agent, Ronald, was unhelpful throughout: unresponsive to calls and emails, going on holiday at a critical moment with no handover, and generally making an already stressful process harder at every turn. While one colleague did try to step in, the overall service was careless and dismissive. In the end, our solicitor had to push the entire transaction forward almost single-handedly. For an agent that charges premium fees, Foxtons provided little more than delays, stress, and frustration. We would strongly advise buyers and sellers to think twice before trusting them with such an important process.

Although I didn't find a property with Foxtons, Colin Burke showed me around some properties and was really friendly and wrote personal emails. I often found that with other agents in London I received emails that were not relevant to my asks and were canned responses. Colin was much more human. He also drove me to various properties back-to-back which was a good way of optimising on time. Thanks Colin!
