We worked with Raxma to find us a four bedroom flat and then a three bedroom flat and honestly could not have asked for a better person to be on the frustrating journey that is finding a flat in London. Raxma is energetic, confident, easy going and most importantly, knows exactly what she is doing. She was constantly touching base with us, asking if we needed anything else and always always have us her honest opinion, even if it meant she didn’t get anything out of it. This was the first time we were looking for flats in London and it was a daunting experience but Raxma made it so easy. She becomes a friend very quickly but is always very professional. Could not recommend her enough and I value the service that Foxtons provides solely because Raxma is a member of the team.

I called 3 times and sent two emails confirming the flat I wanted to view- even confirming the day before. It took almost 2 weeks to get a viewing and when I did, Raxma took me to the wrong flat. In the completely wrong area. Which also happened to be nothing like what my requirements were. Her colleague Giuseppe is not better- he will call and hang up after three rings. Does not leave a message. When you call him back it will be 20 minutes of him scolding you for not picking up as he is very busy. Quite rude and talked over me the entire time I was on the phone. Why is is so hard to find a letting agent who actually does their job? If I were a selling or a landlord, I wouldn’t use Foxtons because their personnel don’t treat their customers with respect.

Just moved to the new apartment and i love it. I'd recommend Kinan from Foxtons. I've talked to so many agents who all failed to keep contact after I leave my details with them. But Kinan is the only one who calls me with great passion whenever he has a property which he thinks I'd like. And he'd arrange me to view the property on the same day that I express my interest. He's super efficient as well, replying my long inquiry emails within just one day. He's more like a friend who gives genuine suggestions instead of someone who just wants you to pay. All in all, I think it has been a really pleasant experience so far.

Would strongly advise against working with Foxtons. There are some scathing reviews already posted which echo our experience. Do not ignore them. Communication has been the major issue. When it came to our move out and deposit dispute, our property manager, Agne, was unresponsive and unprofessional. Our emails were repeatedly ignored for weeks. Every time we tried to call her we would go straight to voicemail - she probably blocked us. Furthermore, when we called the office number, she would refuse to come to the phone or call us back and no one else was helpful. We were shocked to discover she was the divisional manager. We were only able to get a response from her after filing a complaint with the head office and looping in her boss. This was after about 2 months of chasing. In terms of the dispute itself, Foxtons did the check in report very poorly so at check out they used it to try to charge us for marks and damage that was present before. Thankfully we had photos of everything from check in. In spite of all the evidence we presented, they still charged us on vague descriptions without providing additional evidence. Eventually, Agne told us to just raise a dispute with the external agency which will now take another few months likely taking the entire move out process to half a year. We would add that our initial property search was positive. We had Liam who is great. Unfortunately, your property manager will be someone else and you aren’t given a choice here. We have never felt so disrespected by an agency and will certainly not be recommending Foxtons to anyone.

As soon as I met Jas, I knew I would be in good hands with him as my agent because he had really done his homework and was very knowledgeable about similar flats for sale (or recently sold) in the same building. It was also clear that he knows the real estate market in the area extremely well, as a result of which he was able to offer sensible, intelligent advice regarding the timing of putting the property on the market, whether to renovate or not to renovate, and the proposed selling price. I was very pleased that he was quickly able to find a motivated purchaser, and everything moved forward much more speedily than I had expected. I recommend him highly!

I highly recommend Beth O’Driscoll. She is responsive, thorough, prepared and knowledgeable. She followed up on my search items promptly, and I was particularly impressed by the background work she put in to research flats for me, e.g. with regards to Wi-Fi provider plans, an important requirement for me. She was very helpful with multiple viewings, and even when I had to go back to a flat to double check on items I had missed the first time around. She was also great at providing me with very good options that I hadn’t even considered based on the parameters of my search.
