GoogleFoxtons successfully let my property very quickly to a suitable tenant and when I came to sell the property, Emi Mustafa on the sales side has been brilliant. It hasn’t been a straightforward sale but he has been very responsive, proactive and very supportive with progressing the sale as best as possible under difficult circumstances. GoogleNik Yankov helped us renting a property. Rather than "if you don't like it there is someone else" attitude we had a great support and help from Nik. That is what you call a dedicated estate agent, working for the customer.

GoogleReview more specifically of Adam Priscak who, although I did not end up buying through, was by far the most helpful and pleasant of the many many estate agents I was in regular contact with. Constantly bringing me new properties before they were listed online and taking time to note my actual requirements etc. Highly recommend.

GoogleThe worst experience. Over priced my property with absolutely no intention to push. Never giving feedback nor answering calls. I had viewings cancel where by I stayed in with my 2 children so the viewing could go ahead to never be told it was cancelled. Over rated, pig ignorant and more interested in themselves than actually helping out. The fees are ridiculous and the level of service is appalling. I wouldn’t waste your money going to foxtons I would do your research and find an estate agent who isn’t money grabbing or time wasters go with an agent who I honest and who is eager to sell your property. Most estate agents fees differ but never to the extent of Foxtons.

GoogleFirst off, I'd like to say that we've had mixed experiences with Foxtons agents before. This time we've had the pleasure of dealing with Connie Haddon who, unlike a lot of real estate agents we've had to deal with over the years, actually listens to every one of your requirements and never ever bothers you with properties that don't suit your needs or fit your price range. She's incredibly professional and answers all your questions with fantastic diligence. She's always friendly and quick with her replies. I highly recommend this branch of Foxtons and wish them a lot of success.

GoogleWe had a great experience renting through Foxtons for the first time, with Mia Lyseight. Mia balanced professionalism with friendliness. She was also communicative and had a good knowledge of the local area we were moving to for the first time. Overall she enabled an efficient negotiation and pre tenancy process, which was seamless.

GoogleFrancis Woodhead let my house in under 24 hours which is pretty good going by any standards. Foxtons are definitely not the cheapest estate agent out there but they are efficient, have a database full of good clients and because you are paying for a good service you can demand exactly that. I've been able to catch my agent on the phone when I need him and when I need a document or anything else he sends it promptly. They also managed to get my tenant to pay 6 months upfront so that made paying the fees much more affordable on my end and gave us a lovely lump sum that we could invest. Overall, we're happy.

GoogleWhile searching for a property to rent I contacted 89 agencies, spoke to about 15 agents and met 5. Only 3 agents and agencies stood out as being excellent. Elliot from Foxtons was the most polite and friendly estate agent we spoke to during our search. Although I hope I don't have to get in touch anytime soon for a rental property, I know if I'm lucky enough to consider a purchase, Foxtons will be top of my list.

Despite difficult process due to various challenges we managed to seal the deal before deadline and I had been consistently informed about ongoing course of actions through all stages of purchase.

GoogleI purchased a property through Foxtons and my experience was excellent throughout. The two people who stood out most for me were Samantha Wilson and Chekira Carty. I dealt mainly with Samantha but they both were super friendly, helpful and always on top of everything. Highly recommend Foxtons to anyone.
