Mia was my letting agent and she has been fantastic throughout the tenancy process. She was very prompt in arranging a viewing and incredibly helpful in guiding me through putting an offer forward. I had quite a few questions along the way, and she was always patient, kind, and clear in her responses. She also took the time to call a week before my move to confirm everything was in place for key collection, which I really appreciated. Her support has made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

Samantha was my third attempt at buying a property and from our first call it was different. It was not a transactional relationship but one where, after listening to what I needed, Samantha found properties that matched my criteria. Once my offer was accepted Samantha worked behind the scenes to keep things moving and took all the pressure off me which I appreciated. I had an abundance of viewings in 5 weeks then went under offer with Foxtons. Emi and Samantha are really nice and super efficient, went above and beyond. They are a credit to Foxtons and life savers as I didn't want to put the property back on to lettings. The whole process from marketing, viewings and conveyancing went very smoothly. With Foxtons you get what you pay for. So glad I changed to them as the previous agents provided hardly any viewings.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to FARUQ SADIQ for his absolutely BRILLIANT work. Faruq has been incredibly professional, he went not one but few extra miles for us to make our dream for a flat come true. We went through such challenging buying process- had to change solicitors, mortgage lenders, and even a term in the lease and Faruq guided us successfully throughout all these issues. He just never gave up on us!
