I want to give a special thank you to Sam McCaig for helping me purchasing my first flat! He accompanied me through the whole process and immediately understood what I was looking for. He has been professional, kind, available and a very good listener during the months required to complete the process. He accommodated immediately my requests of visiting the flat multiple times (myself and professionals for the surveys) until the very last minute. Great experience.

I would like to especially thank Harrison for renting us our place. My partner found the place and it was a dream house for her. Harrison came in contact with us a day after we mentioned that we are interested in the property. He managed to arrange a viewing very quickly and got us the place within a few days. I cannot even begin to describe how fast and helpful he was even when he was not in the office and it wasn't his responsibility to reply to messages and emails after work but he still did because of how stressed we initially were with the process. The property is in a great location and is also very good for it's price, we were actually shocked. It was also cleaned and it looked like new. We thought that renting a house would be a huge hassle but Harrison made it feel like it was the easiest thing one could do. Would definitely do business again since we love the area and the office was nothing but professional. An overall great and stress-free experience. Mia helped us for renting the house. After meeting with her, we reminded that there are real humans in this sector. After some tough experiences with other agencies, it was such a relief to finally feel supported. Our process kept moving even during weekend. She really changed how we viewed the whole renting process, and we appreciate it!

It is indeed the first time for us to rent a house in the UK. However we must say Thank you to Dennis O. for his responsive, high quality and professional service provided to us. As a new comer here, it must be a stressful process for renting a house because of our language barrier, or unfamiliarity to the place, relevant rules and regulations. With Dennis's help in recommending suitable properties to us, explaining the whole renting process in detail, it definitely made the whole process less stressful. Besides, Dennis providing stratgy on price offering and tried his best to help us to fight for better terms in renting. He is also very friendly, communicative and patient in answering all my questions. I must say thank you to his eagerness to help, professional and high quality of service. I would definitely recommend Dennis to others especially to those new comers here.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I didn't end up renting through Foxtons, because the best place was with another agent, but wow, I had to give a shoutout to Eloise. I would recommend her to anyone and I really wish we had found the right place through her - she was so helpful, friendly, respectful and responsive!

Sarala is one of the best estate agents that I’ve been in contact with in nearly 10 years. Extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. Real people’s person. Full of care and is ready to take that extra mile for her clients. Thank you kindly for your patience and help. No one treated me in that much respect ever in this industry. Deserves promotion! I have got to compliment Foxtons on how finding me a tenancy property with all by requirements met. My agent Daniel Clarke first spoke to by phone and was very professional in organising viewings, to my surprise when meeting him thinking he was an older man 👴 the young man has a good future 👍🏾....Thank you Foxtons …

Thankful to have people who truly care about your well-being in different kinds of service industries. Foxtons is definitely my first choice. Give him a raise immediately he deserves it! Thank you for taking care of me Oram in my search for my home in London. Cheers

Had the most lovely experience with Hannah, she was so patient in guiding me through the process of house hunting. She was very considerate of my situations and dealt with worse situations in a calm manner which helped me a great deal as well. Although I couldn’t find a house through Foxtons but I definitely recommend them for house hunting in the UK!

Thanks Foxtons blackheath, especially Oram. He was amazing with helping out and showing properties. In no time we found the best deal for cheaper than the asking price and Oram took care of the process very smoothly.

Francesca, I hope this finds you well. THANK YOU!! You have got us the best house we have lived in to date. We love the new house it is so amazing, the shower alone is worth the rent but coupled with the ample storage, open plan living and beautiful decor I feel spoilt. You were so patient and understanding with us and you made the whole process smooth and palatable, especially as we were both so emotionally charged at the time. Anyway, I just wanted to say a big thanks, all your hard work is much appreciated. Kindest and warmest regards Rachel

I don’t usually do this but I just had to. The service was amazing. A big thank you to ORAM for being attentive and understanding. I felt catered to. Finding the right accommodation can be a very strenuous process, but he made myself and my family feel at ease. We really appreciate it❤️

We have been dealing with Mia, who has been very supportive and easy to deal with in ensuring our flat is ready for new tenants. Really happy with the help we've been given, especially when there were some unexpected extra issues to deal with when we weren't in London. Thanks Mia!

We are dealing with Adam Priscak to buy our property and without bias I can say that he’s dedicated beyond belief! He’s on top of our asks and always giving us optionality in terms of our requests. He’s upfront, honest and methodical when it comes to his recommendations. We would recommend him as an agent to anybody :)
