GoogleI was assisted by the lovely Selina in the process of finding and renting my flat. From the first phone call we arranged multiple viewings and was picked up in the company car and brought to all locations. Selina was an absolute pleasure all the way though and was incredibly helpful. Always there to answer all my questions and help with every step of the process. I could not have had a more straightforward enjoyable process.

GoogleRonke May was truly exceptional in handling the sale of my property. I particularly appreciated the relentless way she kept things moving, chasing slow-to-respond solicitors, and generally ensuring that everything was done as quickly as possible, (despite the opposing solicitor being barely competent, and losing information more than once). I was also glad I followed her recommendation regarding a choice of solicitor - this also helped the sale proceed in a timely manner. She also helped me understand the jargon when required, A consummate professional.

GoogleThis would be a 0 star review and there's only one thing to say about it (among a litany of awful experiences with Foxtons). Foxtons did not allow me to move into the flat on the first day indicated on the signed lease due to their inability to get the flat to a passing EPC grade. When I came to the office on the move in day the letting agent Paris Brown, assigned to our flat said 'There's nothing we can do'. She wouldn't even call the property manager. When I found the property manager Ella Morris' number and called regarding updates to the work that needed to be done, she has no clue of the status and she wouldn't bother to call the contracting company that Foxtons is partnered with and she fed me the same line "there's nothing we can do". DO NOT LET WITH FOXTONS.

GoogleI have found very professional and friendly people at Foxtons, no doubt about it. I wish to mention in particular Will Stanton, his deserve 5 starts, not the regular but the brightest ones. The dedication in helping us (house hunter) to find the right property is really admirable.
