I have been exceptionally pleased with the service from foxtons. I choose foxtons because of their reputation in finding buyers quickly. The property went on the market on 4th March where Matthew Freeman led the charge. I received multiple offers which resulted in a best and final sealed bid process. Matthew kept me fully updated and informed throughout this process. My house was under offer by mid-april. Once the property was under offer - Cavan Lyman then managed the coordination between me, my solicitor and the chain. He was exceptionally responsiveness and escalated issues quickly - including update calls outside of his normal working hours. I felt in very secure hands and am incredibly pleased with how everything was handled.

Cavan Lyman did a great job leading the sale of our 3 bed property in Camberwell. He shared valuable, timely feedback on the viewings, and once we hit the right price point he quickly arranged a good number of viewings resulting in an offer. Our sale ended up being complicated by issues with our solicitors, the stamp duty deadline and buyers down the chain pulling out for personal reasons. Cavan was resilient and supportive and ensured the sale of our property and our buyers’ progressed within the timeframe we needed. Thank you Cavan!

“If you are looking to sell your property, I would definitely recommend Ronke and Rapid Sale. She is completely honest and trustworthy and the price she gives you for your home will be the price you get pays for it. Please be aware that there are a lot of home buying property companies on the internet who offer to pay more for your property but what they don’t tell you is that they don’t buy your property, they just find a buyer and they also tend to drop the price once a survey has been done and then again when the sale is about to complete leaving you high and dry. Ronke is very true to her word and when she promises to buy it for the price given in 7 days she literally moves mountains to keep to it. Thank you so much Ronke - I can now get on with the next chapter of my life x

Paris has been very responsive and quick in helping me move in to my apartment in record breaking time. She actively responds on whatsapp which helped alot! If ur looking for a good budget and decent apartments, dont waste time with other agencies. Plus foxton does zero deposit. Although my landlord manages the maintenance he has been very active in handling requests (even on the same day where possible). Great start to my stay. And if all is good id definitely consider rolling on after my contract ends. All the best to anyone trying out with Foxtons, go for Ms Paris! :)

Sackina Marlin was absolutely fantastic. She was patient with me as flat after flat didn’t feel right until I finally found the right place. I dealt with a lot of estate agents from different companies when trying to find somewhere and Sackina from Foxtons was the only one I felt was treating me like a fellow human rather than walking commission. She was friendly, understanding, interested in what I actually wanted and tried to show me homes which fitted my needs and wants. She gave me a lift back to the station after a set of viewings and was generally just great energy which is really important when going through the process of finding the right home. Foxton's are more expensive than most agents...for a reason. I felt in safe hands for the duration of my sale & purchase (which took a looooong time, not because of them) and Andrew was diligent about staying in regular contact with me, as well as communicating between all the parties in the chain. I felt confident that he was always on the case and didn't let my transaction slide down the list of priorities. I'm happily settled in my new home and hope not to move for a long time - but when I do, I'll probably come back to Foxton's.
