GoogleJorge was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Even without ultimately renting from him, I feel compelled to share how awesome he was in my lettings search. Jorge truly understood my constraints and was ready to drop what he was doing to show me properties at a moment's notice. I valued the deep knowledge he had and his willingness to be flexible. Jorge will undoubtedly be the first person I reach out to in any future search that I do.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of liaising with Jack Burns to find my new home. I cannot be more satisfied with the experience. From the very first conversation, Jack was incredibly attentive to my needs and preferences. Throughout our search, he has always made sure to account for these and only show me the properties that matched both. However, Jack always walked the extra mile and attempted to suggest properties that, despite not immediately falling into my requirements, may be of interest to me. I can say he broadened my mind and helped me better understand my needs and what London's real estate market can offer. Jack could do all the above because he has an impressive knowledge of the local West London real estate market. Furthermore, throughout the property searching process, Jack was always prompt in responding to my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. He made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable, which is not something you can always say about buying a home! What really stood out to me was Jack's dedication to finding the right property for me, not just making a quick sale. He really provided honest advice and went above and beyond to ensure I got all the information I requested. Needless to say, thanks to Jack I found the perfect home, and I cannot be happier with my choice.
