Foxtons London reviews

Recently worked with Foxtons in my search for an apartment in London. The letting agent assigned to me, Olivia, was extremely professional and exceptionally helpful - sometimes working to schedule viewing appointments for me even on her day off. Her dedication and her patience have been a tremendous help, and my experience with Foxtons was very satisfactory.

Friendly and approachable staff specially Jorge. Very helpful and very detailed for flat viewing. Jorge make sure you are ok until you settled in to the flat and it is what he is doing now to me. I highly appreciates all his help. Thank you.

Elizabeth from Foxtons was extremely helpful and understanding. No matter how many properties I wanted to see, she was amenable and available. She also worked around my tricky work schedule, meeting whenever was convenient, and in the end I found the perfect property. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Jack. We were in need of finding a place quickly and he was very knowledgeable about the area. After securing the let he was on top of all updates and walked us through everything as we needed. Would highly recommend.

I tried to visit a flat with Foxtons, but it seems they have no focus on clients at all and no flexibility. If you don’t what they want, they don’t show you the flat. Such a terrible and basic error: the focus of any company should be the client, respecting client needs and availability to visit flats. Felt really disrespected.

Great experience working with Foxtons! If you are looking to rent a property ask for Salim. We called a bit last minute and Salim showed us multiple properties zipping around in his car. He was able to understand our needs and went out of his way to find something of interest for us. Great viewing experience.
