GoogleNasim was very nice and extremely helpful in getting us viewings asap over a quick phone call. Would call her again for my future flat search.

GoogleRecently had a good experience renting with Foxtons. Vee was very helpful and patient with us, always really clear about the next step. We're really excited to move into our new flat!

GoogleIn my experience, the properties Foxtons deals with are selected very well, so you won't be wasting time on derelict shoeboxes. Toni is an extremely proactive and insightful agent!PositiveQuality

GoogleHorrible experience, took my deposit and 1 month rent but landlord backed out and its been 10 business days without a single email or the deposit & rent refunded. Zero written communication about whats going on. Foxtons seems great at taking your money but not so great at providing a service.

GoogleOut of the many estate agents that we met on our search, Ellie quickly became our favourite. She is the first agent who actually listened to and understood our accessibility needs (please add this as a search filter Foxtons!) Her enthusiasm, positivity and sense of humour is infectious, and we would totally look at houses with her again regardless of whether we were looking!

GoogleWe were lucky enough to have Gareth helping us in our property search, and not only was he far friendlier and honest than most estate agents we have worked with but he had a proper understanding of what we were looking for, rather than trying pawn all of his properties off on us. We have ended up having an offer accepted on a wonderful flat, we could not be more excited and it is down to him and his desire to find us a great property. Thank you!

GoogleVery interesting to see that most of the 'people' leaving 5 star reviews for Foxtons have only one review to their name... My experience of buying a house through Foxtons was a one star experience at best. They were terrible at keeping us and their vendor up to date. So bad in fact that the vendor pulled out (which they didn't see fit to tell us about). It was only down to our own initiative that the sale happened but of course Foxtons took their full fee.

GoogleToni from the Lettings department was absolutely amazing in helping us find our perfect home! Tirelessly professional and proactive, her expertise and insight, combined with Erik the Lettings Manager's very helpful advice, meant that we secured our house quickly with minimal stress and no hassle. My housemates and I would recommend Foxtons Stoke Newington to anyone looking to rent in the area without hesitation. Thanks again Toni and Erik!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHave been searching for a new property with Foxtons in Stoke Newington for a little while now, and so far I have no complaints with the service provided. Gareth, my allocated sales person, is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable about the properties and very easy to get on with. His property suggestions match my criteria well, so very little time is wasted looking at unsuitable places. He is also very accommodating with scheduling viewings. I would recommend using this estate agent.
