GoogleOut of the many estate agents that we met on our search, Ellie quickly became our favourite. She is the first agent who actually listened to and understood our accessibility needs (please add this as a search filter Foxtons!) Her enthusiasm, positivity and sense of humour is infectious, and we would totally look at houses with her again regardless of whether we were looking!

GoogleWe were lucky enough to have Gareth helping us in our property search, and not only was he far friendlier and honest than most estate agents we have worked with but he had a proper understanding of what we were looking for, rather than trying pawn all of his properties off on us. We have ended up having an offer accepted on a wonderful flat, we could not be more excited and it is down to him and his desire to find us a great property. Thank you!

GoogleVery interesting to see that most of the 'people' leaving 5 star reviews for Foxtons have only one review to their name... My experience of buying a house through Foxtons was a one star experience at best. They were terrible at keeping us and their vendor up to date. So bad in fact that the vendor pulled out (which they didn't see fit to tell us about). It was only down to our own initiative that the sale happened but of course Foxtons took their full fee.
