I flew a month ago in London for studies. I got in touch with Foxtons via Web. They helped me with getting me the best possible options based on my requirements. The market was bleak but I still they managed to get what I was looking for. The executives are very kind and helpful. I personally worked With Nasim Habib and she is an amazing person. She even waited for us like an hour. Trust me no one does that in London. They know what they are doing and they make sure you get the best possible option

Highly recommend Steven Smith who has been indefatigable in helping me to find a new home. Always super cheerful and honest, he has taken my (not always so straightforward!) requirements on board and has proactively suggested only properties with real potential. Not flooding my inbox with blatant no-hopers, like some other estate agents… It’s always a pleasure to catch up with Steven; he is professional and helpful, and keeps up your spirits if the search for your dream home is taking a bit longer than expected (tricky market at the moment). I wish more estate agents were like Steven - he has made a process that’s potentially really stressful actually enjoyable.

I used Foxtons at every stage of my property search, from the initial viewings across London right through to purchasing in Stoke Newington. Their online portal was extremely useful and viewings were organised promptly, no matter the area or agent. When it came to a specific property, Foxtons represented the seller on my property purchase, but Filipe was an asset to the company, on hand to answer any and all queries, as well as helping to advance the transaction when solicitors weren't as clued up on local knowledge, which saved several weeks of delay. As a first-time buyer, this was essential and really demystified the process of purchasing a property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Foxtons Stoke Newington to anyone looking to transact in the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

in trying to find a place to rent, Nasim Habib was sooooo helpful and made me feel really calm during a stressful time. speaking to her was unlike any other agent i’d spoken to (i met some TERRIBLE ones at other companies). it felt like she really cared and wanted the best for her future tenants. if any of my mates are looking to rent in the future, i will tell them to give Nasim a call :)

I have never seen a real estate company that operates so unethically in my life! If I were a homeowner and couldn’t get my home sold through this agency, I would decide to sell my house! As a tenant, I haven't even been able to get my leaking faucets fixed for a full 7 months! The staff are constantly on holiday. Their manager has no idea about their employees! Whenever an issue arises, everyone just redirects me to someone else, and I can never find a solution. Despite sending 47 different emails to resolve a problem, after 7 months I realize that the employees are not even aware of the issue. Even if they offered the most beautiful home in the world, do not rent from this company. I have never seen a more poorly managed business in my life. It’s shameful! Update Still samee... Around 8 months ago, we contacted Foxtons about various issues with our bathroom. We also submitted the necessary request through Foxtons’ portal. We asked for the leaking taps in our bathtub to be replaced and for a bath screen to be installed. Five different “specialists” came to our home, each conducting an “inspection” 🤣🤣 Finally, a technician arrived, replaced a tap that wasn’t broken, but didn’t touch the faulty one. To replace this unnecessary tap, they broke the bathroom tiles, and we have now been using a bathroom with broken tiles for nearly 3 months. Meanwhile, the taps continue to leak... Each month, an employee named Imogen calls to apologise, yet none of our issues have been resolved. Unfortunately, the word “embarrassing” doesn’t even begin to describe this company’s approach to service.

Charlotte from the Stoke Newington branch went above and beyond in helping us with our property search. Although we couldn't find something that quite worked for us, she was quick to respond, and really helpful with some slightly awkward, and difficult requests we had. Shame we couldn't have worked with her with our full purchase journey, but I would highly recommend her and Foxtons if you're selling or buying. I know that same quality of service would be reflected through any of their services!

As a couple, we came into the renting market with a lot of pessimism. Foxtons was a surprisingly good find in this regard. Rashedha was our advisor during our search for renting. Her advice and gudiance was very helpful, she was very considerate of our requirements and showed us properties to suit our needs. We definitely recommend her for if you are looking for rental properties.

Steven has been a major asset to us in our pursuit of a new property. He has given us fantastic advice, facilitated multiple viewings at our convenience and contacted us quickly and regularly with properties that meet our specifications. Beyond being a consummate professional, he is also very personable and warm and has our best interests at heart. I have really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

Quite an OK experience finding a flat to rent, but whenever an issue arose in the flat after signing the contract, they are the worst. Like talking to a brick wall - no follow through, and no memory of the issue within the office. They could not care less about tenants. They send unskilled people to "fix" building problems, who then literally create additional issues. Also tried to charge me for a £1,000 bathroom remodel when we left the flat after one year, on the basis that the 'ceiling paint was flaky' and that mould grows in it - yes, mould will thrive in a freezing cold bathroom outrigger which hasn't been updated in decades, funnily enough. The toilet didn't even attach to the floor properly when we arrived. Foxtons, hold yourself and your landlords accountable for providing a comfortable space to live in - don't try and get a free renovation out of the tenants after they've paid £24k++ per year for a tiny one bed flat. Unbelievable. Luckily I got the £1k they tried to steal from me back through MyDeposits.

27/3/21 the property is vacant, 21/5/21 instruct Foxtons to market the property at £ 700,000 after 8 weeks passed price reduced by 5% to £ 665,000. 28/7/21 offer accepted at £ 650,000 and exchanged on 5/11/21 with late completion till 2/12/21. Overall, considered to be as good enough during this pandemic. Thank you every one at Foxtons, especially Billy Chan at Chinese desk and Filipe at Wood Green Branch. Thank you. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We had very positive experience purchasing our dream property through Foxtons. The property was sought after, but Filipe made sure our case was passionately put to the owner, and enabled a very swift acceptance of our offer. The duration from offer acceptance to exchange was long, over three months, and while our first buyer pulled out, the response from Foxtons was highly reasonable and trusting of us being able to get things back to on track, which we managed quickly. A very calm and relaxing process, and we will definitely use them if we ever come to sell . Thank youPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Ellie was a delight to work with. She was responsive, communicative, well informed and an excellent driver! I didn't end up purchasing through Foxtons but had a fantastic experience with Ellie throughout. I'd be apprehensive about working with Foxtons but Ellie bucked the stereotype throughout and I would genuine recommend her to anyone I know who was looking to buy in and around the area

If you are a first time buyer, I would wholeheartedly recommend Ellie at Foxtons Stoke Newington. Always helpful, responds quickly, listens to your feedback and knows the property market. She has been really transparent throughout the home buying process so far. Ellie will ensure that she unpacks the complexities and explains everything clearly, so you make the best, informed decision possible. I would highly recommend! Donna - East London.

As a clueless first time buyer Gareth Jones was fantastic to deal with, not just from the large amount of properties available, but mainly from his own knowledge and willingness to educate me. In dealing with the large number of estate agents that we all do when buying, Gareth was the only one who genuinely listened to my requirements and looked to fulfill them rather than throwing everything at me and trying to convince me. Leave your negative impressions of Foxtons at the door and ask for "Gareth Jones".

We have worked with many estate agencies over the years, Steven is by far the best! As a professional, he is knowledgeable and really listens to what we say. As a person, he is friendly and has a good sense of humour. He gives us the confidence that buying and selling properties can be a simple and straightforward process. Highly recommend him!

Nasim deserves every compliment as a real estate agent - kind, caring, engaged and responsive. She made sure to check in regularly and tried her absolute best. We didn’t end up going with Foxtons for our tenancy, however as long as Nasim is the agent there, we would be more than happy to do it in the future!

The worst experience I have ever had with an agent. BOYCOTT Foxtons when hunting for tenants ! What they mean by "We get it done", is that they themselves secure payment for themselves and then abandon you, the staff in the office have zero ambition to assist you when you need them. The worst agent in the world.

Many thanks to everyone Foxtons and especially David Busson for dealing with all the challenges that arose during the selling of my flat, problems were taken care of very professionally at every step and dealt most satisfactorily, definately saving me any more stresses and to Simon Vaughan for seeing the sale out through the final stages. More than happy with Foxtons throughout the whole process and highly recommended.... Thanks

Nasim was extremely helpful, gave my partner and I an informative viewing about the property and the area. She's also made sure to keep us updated when any other properties that suit our search come on the market. One of the best experiences I've had with an agent, I'd recommend to anyone looking to rent.

My wife owns a property in the area. We had a great experience with Foxtons. The lettings manager Sophie Harries and her team were very professional, polite and quick. They managed to find a lovely couple for our flat in two days of viewings! Very happy about her service and would hightly recommend her to any landlord in the area looking for a quick let. Thank you Sophie.
