GoogleThey are incredibly fast at replying when you are about to rent a place, but once your tenancy has started, good luck. There have been many issues with their payment processing system that have not been fixed in the last whole year, and don't get me started on ending a tenancy. It just feels like as if they want to trap you into their contracts. Just use another agency if you can.

GoogleI will never be using foxtons south kensington again. Very unprofessional and hard to get in contact with an after paying my deposit an my upfront rent to find out from not even foxtons that my tenancy had been cancelled. An still have not recieved deposit or rental money back. Very poor experience never again.

GoogleWas unfamiliar with the area and new to the whole rental process as we are from the US. I needed an agency to help me find a place, giving them very little notice, and very specific parameters (infant daughter, had to be very close to my husband’s work, super tight budget!) I contacted at least six other agencies hoping for extra guidance, but Sophie at Foxtons was the only one who truly made it happen for us. She gave us several options, and was really dedicated to finding us something that would work. A wonderful person to work with, and she made a rather impossible situation that much easier.

She showed us a great selection of high quality properties (so definitely listened to our requirements) and helped through the thinking process and pros and cons of each.
